Job Description
• Arrange payment and data entry into accounts system (Tally).
• Manage payable and receivables
• Raise invoice and payment documents
• Generate monthly report
• Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
• Manage company papers and its renewals
• VAT submissions
• Year end audit support
• Able to handle full set of accounts, admin & HR related role
Requirement
• Must have valid Oman Driving License (compulsory)
• Must have adequate Tally and accounting knowledge
• Should be a Multi-Tasker to handle office task
Qualification
• Bachelors in commerce
• Accounting software such as Tally & Excel
